I am currently under contract to purchase and rehab an operating 182 unit marina in Palm Harbor, FL. The marina currently has 137 dry stack spaces and 44 wet slips. I have made minor design changes to take the marina to 196 dry stack spaces and 44 wet slips. These changes have been submitted to the AHJ's and I expect to have approvals soon.
