I am a realtor looking for an off-market deal for a client in Pasadena TX or Deer Park TX, FHA loan and Maximum is $130k.

Please let me know if you are a realtor and have something coming up or an investor that might have a home coming up for sale that fits this criteria. Client is a family just looking to move in to their first home.
