Need PM Referral for Property with 4 Tenants

I am currently house hacking my 4br SFR and managing things on my own. I am however moving away in about a month and will be renting out my master bedroom to a 4th person. So there will end up being 4 tenants on 4 separate leases. Does anyone have a Property Manager in Ventura County that would be willing to take on this property?
