Looking for my team in Spokane, WA

Hi All,

My husband and I have been watching the Spokane market for a while now and want to take the leap to buy our first multiplex. I’d love to hear from any investors that are open to mentoring and willing to share property manager, lender, and broker recommendations. We live out of town, so I’m particularly interest in finding a trusted property manager.

I’ve been most interested in a 4-unit MF the Browne’s Addition, Cliff-Cannon, Kendall Yards neighborhoods. Eventually, I’d like to grow to larger properties and/or value-ad opportunities. But for now, lower risk and cash flow are our goals.
