New to the Real Estate game and looking to network.

I know assembling a team is vital when it comes to Real Estate.  I'm currently looking at Rental/Flipping properties (St. Louis Area).  Would love good feedback on Contractor, Property Manager, and Great Handyman that are easy to work within that area.
