Property Manager & Contractor Recommendations - Kansas City, MO

My husband and I are planning to invest in a rental property in the Kansas City, MO area in the next couple months, ideally. Some of the areas we currently looking to purchase are Raytown, Grandview, and Independence. We are planning to do the BRRRR strategy and purchase a property that needs some rehab work, using a hard money lender to finance the deal, and then rent it out and refinance once the rehab work is complete.

We are looking for recommendations on property managers in the area as well as recommendations on general contractors or someone to manage the rehab. We’ve talked to a few so far but want to call around and see what options are out there before making our final decision. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
