Trying to make the best use of Pro membership but struggling a little bit to navigate the waters.  I have deals, looking for buyers.  Our niche is we offer fully rented out properties (12+ month leases) with good tenants that make the 1% rule.  Looking for connections or recommendations on how to best connect with this platform.  Obviously already hitting up local RE groups and area contacts.  Looking forward to responses! Based in North Dakota but soon will be in Minneapolis as well.
