New Orleans Rental Portfolio 4 Sale- 3 Multi-units and 2 singles

Portfolio DetailsI am looking to sell all of my New Orleans properties because I no longer live there and have better investment options closer to home now.  Not willing to go to wholesale prices, but for someone interested in a reliable portfolio to park some capital gains or inheritance money, this is a great starting point. These properties have all been renovated within the last four years. I have records showing $400K plus in rental revenue each of the last two years, but we were primarily doing short term rentals. Most places can come with or without furniture. Serious inquiries only.  See link for details on each place.  Glad to set up phone calls, send multiple pictures, and set up showings for those who can show the ability to pay in the ballpark of what I'm asking.
