Hello BP I'm about to get 2 OFF MARKET Properties under contract. They both have tenants in them so renting them is a an option but if you were to put in some TLC and sell them you could make at least 20,000 I'm looking to assign these contracts over, but also build a good long lasting relationship with the buyer, so I can keep bringing them more deals. Both properties are in Omaha NE, one is next to the Metropolitan community college fort st campus, and the other is in Benson Omaha.
