I am a relatively new investor in the Allentown PA area, who is looking to build relationships in the PA, VA, and GA area.Me and my team are currently looking for Multi-Family and Single family home 2+ bd and 1+bath, 900+ sqft, C/B class areas, Seller financing/creative sales a plus . We am looking to build equity into the properties so I am not opposed to fixer uppers and my team is looking to stay under 100k.
