Wholesale property for sale in Arlington & 76016. Please comment with your contact info or message/email us for more information.

4 bedrooms & 3 bathroom(s) 2 Garage & 3,066 sq ft

ARV: $369,000

Purchase price: $250,000

Check out this awesome wholesale deal in Arlington! This house is in really good condition, just needs cosmetics to sell for our suggested ARV. The roof is a few years old, HVAC is older but working. No apparent foundation issues. The pool is operational, but was not used or cleaned at all this year and has gone green. The house is 4 bedrooms and also has an office, but no closet or window in the office to consider as a 5th bedroom. There is a storage shed that was tied into the fascia at the rear of the house, and it has pulled the brick away from the house. The shed should be removed, and the brick repair should be fairly simple.
