Huge Profit Potential in Bonner Springs Kansas

This is a single family home that contains 1,656 sq ft and was built in 1990 sitting on a little over 1 acre of land. It will need rehab and update. We estimated $40K in repairs. It may not need as much however was occupied by an elderly man who wasn't able to keep up with the maintenance of the property. The house does have a new central air and heating unit. Homes in this area are selling for $180,000 up to $600,000. Comps were hard to come by since most of the people in the area have lived there over 20 years.This house is directly in the middle of Bonner Springs, Basehor, Linwood, & DeSoto.
