Turn Key ready for your tenant in Indianapolis C Neighborhood

This house is truly turn key ready.  It has the upgrades that will keep you safe as a landlord - brand new roof, brand new water heater, brand new windows, brand new appliances including the garbage disposer, brand new perimeter drain with sump pump and waterproofing in the crawl space.  Furnace is approximately 5 -7 years old, and the entire system was cleaned including the ducts.  Upgraded electrical on a 100 amp panel with all LED lighting and ceiling fans and upgraded plumbing for both the water and drains.  Brand new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, faucets, countertops, and flooring throughout.  House is on municipal water and sewer and has the option for a security light from the electric company.  Trash service is paid through property taxes.

This is a C area of Indianapolis, yet this particular street is very quiet and this lot offers a lot of privacy.  There is a city park at one end of the street and a public library and a church at the other end.  Rents in the area for a 2 bedroom are around $750 according to rentometer, making this near a 1.2% deal for the buy and hold investor.
