RISE Properties is searching for motivated entrepreneurs that are looking for ways to utilize their spare time. If you have 30 minutes a day available to dedicate and an urge to further your real estate investing knowledge, this opportunity could be for you! 

What will RISE be asking of you? 

Dedicate 3 hours a week to building our off market leads by MOJO dialing and driving for dollars. We have a dialer account ready to rock and a proven system for driving for dollars. 

Required experience? 

A basic understanding of real estate. Outside of that, we will help groom you to be a well rounded real estate analyst. This will include understanding conversation flow when discussing a deal with a prospective client, reviewing comparable properties to arrive at fair market value, developing rough renovation budgets (as you go on appointments) and determining the overall value of any given opportunity. 

Pay structure?   

100% commission based
