Hello Bigger Pockets family. My name is Leland Edmond of Sag Enterprises and we are new to the Atlanta/Smyrna/Powder Springs investor circles. We have numerous of off market leads and we are looking to explore them all for possible opportunities not just for ourselves but for all investors who want to connect. Properties including absentee owners in state and out of state, vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, properties well below appraisal, as well as on market expired deals that are in hot investor areas here in the city because one of our founders is an agent with unlimited MLS access, also certifying our comp reports and numbers are always solid and accurate when we assess a potential property. We also have accessed a list of leads of motivated sellers who took the time to go through Google and process a form saying they need to sell their home very fast for various reasons. We are networking all of the cash buyers lists and various real estate connections we have made prior to starting, but we are always networking and looking for reliable new connections while building a reputable name for ourselves.
