Investor seeking wholesalers in the Fayetteville, NC market.  I am a cash buyer and interested in buy and hold s/f homes as well as double wide modular homes in need of cosmetic rehabs.  Not interested in full rehab projects.  Interested in all of Cumberland and Harnett county.
