Hello,

I am looking for a partner/partners interested in purchasing a fourplex in a very nice suburb outside of Nashville,TN called Brentwood. Property currently has 4 tenants, with the latest lease renewal date being September 2019. Gross monthly income currently $3,225 and potential for $500+ cash flow. Property management and realtor already in place, only needed a partner to assist with the purchase. Contact me for details and if interested!
