Umbrella Policy in California

Hello all!  New to BP.  I currently occupy 1 unit of my two unit home in Richmond, California and rent the other unit short term/furnished (3-6 month stints).  I am considering adding an umbrella policy.  Not all insurers in CA will write umbrella policies, does anyone have any leads to insurance agents or brokers I can work with to get such a policy?
