  • The structure is solid
  • Big front porch and balcony upstairs
  • Window AC units
  • HUGE storage space underneath the house
  • House is on a corner lot

Interior:

  • Natural hardwood floors
  • House has very high ceilings
  • Nice open kitchen
  • House has a lot of natural light
  • Needs paint
  • 2nd floor has fire damage
