Fully rented duplex in Newburgh Heights with long term tenants. Both tenants have been in residence for over 18 months and intend to stay.

Unit# 1 - Two Bedroom One bath: Rent $550.00
Unit# 2 - Two Bedroom One Bath: Rent $545.00 includes $50.00 for utilities

ROI (all cash) 9.8%

Property Rehab, Both Units Up and Down performed in Sept, 2015. Rehabbed items include:
-Replacement of carpets
-Paint throughout
-Basement repairs paint walls and fix water intrusion
-Repair/replace windows and screens
-Replace locks and faucet
-Sec 8 qualification repairs
