Wichita Falls Texas 

Selling 3Bed 1Bath SF house with long term tenants. Tenants have been paying rent for the last 7 years, room to adjust rent for new owner, have been month to month and are willing to sign new lease agreement for new owner as tenant would like to continue to rent from new owner.
