Looking For Advise On Marketing

I am a full time investor from Dayton Ohio and am getting ready to do some online marketing.  Before I pay the money to push it I would like the communities feedback.  Good, bad or whatever I can take it.  My producer and I are having a disagreement about the content so please help settle the dispute for us.  If you saw this video show up on your Facebook feed would you be curious enough to want to know more?  Thanks in advance for the feedback.
