We recently foreclosed on a nice 3/2 1,100 sq. ft. home in High Point NC. Borrower is moving out and we are having interior cleaned and winterized. We are looking to sell this property for $68,000. Rents in the area are approx $750/mo. This is a great little home and would make a nice cash flowing rental. Contact me for details, we may be able to provide short term seller financing.
