New to real estate investing

  • I'm about 6 months into this real estate investing. I have not gotten a deal yet. I'm a full-time math teacher, adjunct and DBA student. However, I'm willing to stop going to get my Doctorate if I can find someone who will mentor me through my first couple of deals.
