Sub referrals for my first flip? (Northern Utah)

Ben W.
Posted

Hi everyone!! I'm blowing up with excitement here as I may be about to go under contract for my first ever investment deal (quick flip). My contractor works in a different area of the state and wants to use more local subs. I offered to put Bigger Pockets to the test to see if I can get a few local all-stars to chime in and help me with a few referrals for the following subs in the Ogden / Clinton area in Northern Utah:

Carpet, paint, drywall, plumbing, windows, landscaping.

Thanks ahead of time for any recommendations we can get!

Ben
