Investor/Agent looking for Joint Venture Partner

Hello All,

I have a great investment property in Cincinnati, Ohio that I am looking for a joint venture partner for financing.  I am offering a 50/50 deal on profits.

It needs about 50k in repairs and has an ARV of 240k. It also can make about $3,500 net as an Airbnb.
