Off-Market E Dallas flip in the Ridgewood Park subdivision of 75214. This 2/2/2 backs to a creek and has an over-sized garage that could be used for a 3rd bedroom white still staying true to a 2 car garage, making it a desirable 3/2/2. However, 3/4 of my comps are 2/2s and support an ARV with the layout as is of $410K or an ARV of $445K with the extra bedroom. Contact me for more info.
