I am an Investor from Dayton Ohio and am looking to expand my network.  I started about 2 years ago specializing in helping out of state investors get started in my local market by wholesaling.  This year I have done a few partnerships with them where I manage and rehab the properties that we acquired.  Now I would like to give additional insight on why I believe Dayton is the greatest place to invest in the world and how I can bring value to others that choose to do business with me.  I'm starting a new series of video style blogs about our industry, my local market, and strategies for all levels of investors.  Please watch, interact with us, and share, and grow together as a group.  FYI I am not George Clooney or George Lucas... this is just the start of a new project we are trying to use to engage others and is not professionally produced lol.
