Are you a landlord?

Do you get applications from potential tenants who have service animals, companion animals, or both?

Do you wish you understood the laws in that area?

You're in luck!

Please join local expert Joan Dunstan for a 4 hour training that will teach you all about Companion and Service Animal Requirements.  If you're not compliant with the laws in this area, you can find yourself facing fines of $25,000.00, $50,000.00, $75,000.00 or more.

One thing we'll do is look at an Idaho Falls Lawsuit that cost the landlord over $75,000.00.  Joan will show you what the landlord did wrong and what you can do to avoid putting yourself at risk.  She can help you at any stage of your investing career - whether you're just starting out with a few units or are responsible for large complexes. The dates for the class are Saturday, September 29, and Wednesday, October 10, both from 1-5pm, in Boise.  You can come to either one.  The cost is $40 per person, and you can pay at the door or I'll send Paypal info upon request.  I'll also email you the address and parking info.  The class will be very informative, so PM me if you're interested in coming.  This topic causes a lot of concern for buy and hold investors, and Joan's class is an easy way to make sure you're compliant with the law.  PM me for more info, and we hope to see you there!
