looking for rental units: 4 plex - 6 plex

Searching for a multi unit ( 4-6 plex) from 305-351K. approx $3400/month in total rent - rent ready - could have minor upgrades if need be. Would use HML, 25% down, 6 mos cash supply - 2 pts on loan. I would refinance after 12-18 mos.
