Hello BP, 

I’m looking for an investor-friendly real estate agent or broker in Cleveland, OH. I am not against being on an mailing list but I would also like to receive off market or pocket leads as well. I want this partnership to mutually beneficial so leads I get that don’t  fit my buying criteria I would pass on to Agent/broker.
