I offer individuals the opportunity to learn/work with me on my flips a few different ways.

1st Way - We jointly visit all of my projects throughout the state. I go over all of the numbers, how I found the property, what's been done, what's left to be done, plus all the questions you have along the way. You will get this access for an entire year.

2nd Way - All of the above, plus you go in on one of my deals financially where you get an agreed upon return on your money. You get to help make the decisions for this specific property concerning it's finishes, listing price, marketing, etc.
