Recently updated. New hot water tank in 2017, new carpet, bath and newer windows. Rented at $895 per month plus an additional $75 per month for water and sewer. Tenant pays all other utilities. Lease is up at the end of August. Professional property management available. Do not disturb tenants, no showings until offer contingent upon inspection is accepted.
