Poconos, Pa Rental for Sale. Great hands off rental.

Hi Everyone,

We are selling this rental property in the Poconos area. It is located in East Stroudsburg, Pa. This property did well for us for a while. Easy to manage as we passed on all maintenance to the tenants. We last had it rented at $1200, but we never raised the rent for 3 years while they were there. Can easily be rented for $1350, possibly $1400. Needs some updating, but for the most part it's in good condition. Roof 2 years old, Hot-water tank less than 2 years old, Newer granite countertops, and pretty new deck. This can also potentially be a vacation rental.
