I''ll be closing on a house in Riverside, NJ at the end of August. Cost $47,250, rehab, $15,000 - ARV $85-90K - Rent range $1350-$1450.

Looking for reasonable interest rate to provide funding. Length negotiable. Please contact me. Prefer local investors to meet for lunch with POF.
