Investors that are looking to invest in Detroit please read this!

Hello BPers,

I have received yet another email of a out of state or country investor telling me that they invested in Detroit for a very high price and not so good aera.

Please if your looking to invest in Detroit contact some one that is born and raised in this city. All you are doing is shooting craps at your money and your investment strategy. 

You don’t have to call me for help or advice I am not posting this because of that there is tons of great people on BP that live in the D, I am just saying please have someone on the ground that knows the area. 

If you don’t have anybody then call me before you pick your property or close on your property what ever stage you are in. I can always offer a few tips.
