17 Unit Mobile Home Park - Gaston County, North Carolina

Hey Guys,

I won't be able to go after this one myself but here is a really interesting park in Gaston County, North Carolina.  I spoke with the broker and it's in a unique spot market wise where the big guys won't go after it but a smaller investor can likely come in and do well on this value add deal.  All my research show the property has good bones and can be a great cash producer.

I have quite a bit of info that I've due up on the property, tax records, county records, septic records, crime records, rent checks, etc.  If anyone wants the due diligence documentation I have, drop me a line by email.  I've also talked to the county quite a bit about mobile home parks and can share information with you that I've learned from them.

Same Kline is the broker and after speaking with him sounds like a good guy to work with. 

This will be great deal for whoever can go in and get it.
