Hello,

I'd like to let everyone know that my group represents a very large investment firm purchasing dozens of homes every month to hold as rental properties in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus Ohio, as well as Northern KY.

If you have anything available that is not on the MLS, built in the 1950's or newer with at least 3 beds and 1,000 sq ft or more, please feel free to contact me as our client is aggressively pursuing those properties...
