Looking for financing to pull out equity from my portfolio

Hello, my name is Joe and I am new to BP.  I started my own real estate company with my 2 brothers about 4 years ago.  We invest primarily in small 2-4 unit apartment buildings located throughout central Florida and Orlando, consisting of a mixture of duplexes, triplexes and quadroplexes.  In total we have about 60 units and have used conventional and portfolio lending from local banks to finance all our properties.  Our portfolio has grown over the years and now holds a lot of equity in each property.  I am looking to pull some of our equity out of the properties to use for future investing.  I've been researching blanket loans and wanted to know if anybody could recommend any banks for me to contact or anybody that offers this type of product?

I would prefer for a longer then normal loan term of at least 20 years but I am open to a 10 year balloon. Of course, I am looking for the most competitive interest rates and general terms of the loan.  Thank you in advance for all your help.
