Capricorn is a very nice 3bd, 2ba all brick property tucked back in a quiet cove. We have installed a new roof, repaired all exterior rotten wood, painted exterior, installed a new front door & security door, new shutters, landscaped the yard, and remodeled both bathrooms. We are finishing up the kitchen remodel, & will install new flooring after that. There is currently a tenant placed who has been great to work with & incredibly happy with all the repairs & upgrades.
