Tampa Florida Condo Calling All Investors!!

Hello everyone,

We purchased a condo in Tampa, Florida earlier this year and are looking for options/buyers for the property. The property was purchased as a foreclosure from the Hillsborough County Auction, however after purchasing the property and preparing to sell it we were notified that the previous owner has an active mortgage that has been entangled in litigation for more than three years and we are unable to obtain clear title due to the mortgage superseding our deed to the property. We are currently attempting to work with the law firm representing the Mortgage Co, however the process is slow and painful and the property is sitting vacant. The condo is in the Greater Carrollwood neighborhood and the condos in this particular subdivision typically sell within 1 week of being listed as there are very rarely listings. The neighborhood is called Chardonnay and it has a pool, clubhouse, etc with monthly HOA dues being $147.00. At this point in order to move on with other ventures we would sell this property for the money we have invested. Someone with more expertise in this arena would surely profit from this deal, either selling or renting as the rent in the area is between $1000-$1300 for similar properties.

Please contact me with any questions/inquiries

Thank You

Mike Jones
