I am a new investor from OC , california(representing a small group of investors). We have existing SFR rentals in CA and FL so we have small experience.

I have been a listener to BP podcasts from last couple of months, They are doing great job in bringing awesome guests & tips to everyone.

I am very interested in acquiring multi family complexes(from 6-20 units) in jacksonville , FL . Also looking for a quad in california near inland empire for long term rentals. We are open to other states for right opportunities as well.
