How to find land zoned for multi family (New Construction)

I am currently working with an investor and builder on a new duplex or fourplex. I am having trouble locating land that is already zoned for multi family. I have spoken to 2 different realtors and they just keep pumping me land that is zoned single family residential. Any thoughts or websites to do this type of search you could recommend? I am in Dallas Tx and preferable looking for land here in the DFW area in a high demand/growth area.
