8 single families in West Akron for sale. Currently not on the market. Tenants are all Section 8 meaning all 8 properties are Section 8 approved. All of the properties are occupied and many of them have long term tenants. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Owner pays taxes and insurance. Rents total of $4600 monthly.
