Hello Everyone,

My name is Jay McCreary and I currently reside in Virginia and I recently came across a Multi-Family Property and I am looking for Investors to partner with on this deal. I have a business plan with all the information and projections in it. I also have Renter Ledgers, and Tax assessments paperwork.

If interested to learn more and how we both can add value to each other portiflios email me at:

Thank you.

Hey,

Obviously I was not paying attention to my own posts. Plus, I have been busy moving and settling in the DFW area. If I was to find the right partner, I would treat the partnership to a 50/50 equity stake. Does that sound responsible? I am open to ideas and suggestions or just connecting with like minded people.
