• $60,000 remodel (higher than planned, ask about specifics)
• $875,000 ARV (baseline comps)

Our team has worked on high end remodels in the past, including ex-athletes/celebrities, and we would like to give a new investor the opportunity to work with us or buy the deal for themselves.
