Any referrals for a Hard Money Lender that is new investor friendly? Preferably in the South Shore/ Boston area.

Hi, Patrick,

I will work with new investors, and my area is down to the canal (excluding Fall River/ New Bedford area) out to the western suburbs of Worcester, and north to Concord NH.

I always recommend that you use someone local, not the national guys, as they have no local market knowledge and have to compensate for that in junk fees.  Take a listen to my BP podcast #9, way back in the early days of podcasts, or call us and we'll be happy to answer any questions.
