Seeking mezzanine second lien debt

We are buying around 10 homes a month to flip, in Illinois, SE WI, and NW IN. We are raising $2M of mezzanine (second lien) debt, in $100k increments. We are paying 14% interest, quarterly. Please contact me here or [email protected]
