Looking for Airbnb friendly units New Jersey

Looking for investors/realtors that have experience with short term rentals (e.g. Airbnb) in the greater North New Jersey area. I'm targeting Hoboken and Jersey City but am open to any area that makes sense within striking distance- Newark, Parsippany, Morristown, etc.
