Turn key Triplex & Duplex For Sale - Strong Cash Flow - KC, MO

Both units have solid cash flow and are turn key rentals.  Property Management can be offered for out of state investors!

Duplex: All big ticket items have been recently done for a turn key investment. Roof, central heating and cooling installed, new windows/doors all less than 2 years old. The back unit has been completed renovated. Exterior painting and new gutters with leaf covers with all new appliances. Front unit has tenant of over 20 years occupying unit, and back unit just renewed a 12 month lease. Could be part of a package deal with a Triplex MLS # 2097455.

Triplex: Three units total, 1BR unit upstairs and Two 2BR Units with large basements. Upstairs unit rents at $625 a month w/ additional $25/month for storage shed in back. Unit 1919 was renting for $750/month - lease just expired so left unit empty for ease of showing!! Unit 1917 renting for $725/month. Lots of updates have been done and have been easy to rent. Tenants pay own utilities except water billed back via RUBS. Addtl Income opportunity by renting 3 car garage in back.  Each unit has new appliances and has been completely renovated.
